Run appplication

Download and Run

Step 1 . When prompted at the Security Warning click “Run”

 

 

 

 

Verify software

Step 2. Most web browsers will warn that the software publisher cannot be verified. At this stage please click “Run” again.

 

 

 

 

Select Support Rep

Step 3. You will now need to select the Support Session to connect to. The GSL Support Engineer will advise you which session you will need to use.  All you will need to do is double click the entry they ask you to.

 

 

 

 

Connecting

Step 4. Once the session has been chosen you may need to Unblock the application if you have a local firewall enabled. Once this has been done an icon as shown.
